We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive with at least 1 year of experience to join our growing team in Tirunelveli. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee coordination, and basic HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Manage onboarding and induction process
- Assist in payroll coordination and attendance management
- Support employee engagement activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of HR experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with job portals (Indeed, Naukri, etc.)
- Knowledge of statutory compliance
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
