- Influence Marketing & Partnerships: Identify, engage, and manage influencers, bloggers, and brand ambassadors to drive authentic brand promotion and campaigns.
- PR Management: Build and maintain strong media relationships, draft press releases, handle media coverage, and manage crisis communication when required.
- Event Marketing: Conceptualize, plan, and execute offline & online events, product launches, experiential activations, and brand campaigns.
- LSM (Local Store Marketing): Develop and execute hyper-local marketing strategies to boost footfall and visibility at store/dealer level.
- Social Media Growth: Manage daily social media operations across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), create content calendars, run paid campaigns, and grow organic reach & engagement.
- Strategy & Execution: Conceptualize innovative marketing campaigns from ideation to final execution, including campaign planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports with insights & recommendations.
- Collaborate with sales, design, and content teams for seamless campaign execution.
- Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and competitor activities.
- Support ATL/BTL activities and integrated marketing communication.
- Manage content creation & storytelling for different platforms.
- Handle email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and SMS campaigns.
- Work on brand positioning and creative campaign ideas.
- Coordinate with agencies/vendors for production and execution.
