Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer transactions accurately, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a polite and professional manner.
- Process cash, UPI, credit/debit card, and other payment transactions accurately.
- Issue receipts, refunds, exchanges, and change as required.
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer and balance it at the end of each shift.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and resolve basic concerns.
- Keep the billing counter clean and organized.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of transactions.
Pay: ₹20.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
