Job Summary
We are looking for 2–4 years of experience in Azure DevOps Engineer to provide L2-level BAU support focused on CI/CD pipeline management and Azure infrastructure operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
- Support application deployments, releases, and rollback activities
- Perform Azure infrastructure management (compute, storage, networking, AI services)
- Handle on-demand service requests, configuration changes, and issue resolution (L2)
- Troubleshoot deployment failures and environment-related issues
- Manage access control and RBAC via Microsoft Entra ID
- Implement minor enhancements and optimizations in pipelines and infrastructure
- Ensure adherence to basic security and governance policies
- Support environment consistency across Dev / UAT / Prod
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure (IaaS & PaaS)
- Experience managing CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
- Good understanding of Azure resource management (VMs, Storage, Networking basics)
- Experience in deployment troubleshooting and release management
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / Bicep – working level)
- Understanding of RBAC and identity management
Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in Azure DevOps. AWS & GCP experience would be a plus.
- Experience in BAU / support-based cloud environments
Preferred Certifications
- Azure Administrator Associate
- Azure DevOps Engineer (good to have)
Nice to Have
- Exposure to Azure AI Foundry / AI workloads
- Basic understanding of cost optimization (FinOps awareness)
