Job Description
We are looking for a Hindi-speaking Customer Support Executive to assist our customers with SpeakBill billing software.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls and WhatsApp queries.
- Help customers use SpeakBill and understand its features.
- Guide customers with billing, invoices and basic software issues.
- Follow up with customers and resolve their queries.
- Escalate technical issues to the concerned team.
Requirements
- Hindi speaking is mandatory.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Customer support or telecalling experience is an advantage.
