Job Summary
Cerebrox HR Academy is looking for a dedicated and experienced German Language Trainer (B2 Level) to deliver engaging, learner-focused German language training to students and professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in the German language, excellent teaching skills, and experience preparing learners for internationally recognized German language examinations. The trainer will be responsible for enhancing learners' communication skills and supporting them in achieving their academic and career goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and online training for German language levels A1, A2, and B1, with B2-level proficiency as the minimum trainer qualification.
- Prepare students for internationally recognized German language examinations (e.g., Goethe certification).
- Teach German grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- Develop lesson plans, training materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct regular evaluations, mock tests, and provide constructive feedback.
- Monitor learner progress and maintain academic records.
- Support students with interview preparation, workplace communication, and cultural orientation.
- Create an engaging, interactive, and learner-centered classroom environment.
- Collaborate with the academic team to improve curriculum and training quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- German language proficiency at B2 level or above (Goethe, TELC, ÖSD, or equivalent certification preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a German Language Trainer.
- Experience in classroom and online teaching is preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent command of German (B2 or higher) and English.
- Strong knowledge of German grammar and communication skills.
- Effective classroom management and presentation skills.
- Ability to motivate learners from diverse educational backgrounds.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams).
- Strong interpersonal, mentoring, and organizational skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience preparing students for Goethe examinations.
- Familiarity with the CEFR framework (A1–C2).
- Passion for language training and continuous professional development.
- Ability to design engaging learning activities and assessments.
