Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design and working drawings. The candidate should have strong expertise in residential high-rise developments and exposure to commercial projects. The role requires excellent drafting skills, technical coordination capabilities, and proficiency in architectural visualization and BIM software.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and review of architectural working drawings, detail drawings, and GFC drawings.
- Coordination with RCC, MEP, landscape, façade, and other consultants.
- Development of architectural plans, sections, elevations, and construction details.
- Review of consultant drawings and resolution of site-related design issues.
- Preparation of presentation drawings and design reports.
- Conduct site visits , slab checks and monitor design implementation.
- Assist in design development, value engineering, and project execution.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and project requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong experience in Residential High-Rise Projects.
- Exposure to Commercial Building Projects is mandatory.
- Excellent understanding of construction drawings and detailing , ability to check slabs .
