Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to manage all in-house designs. You will be responsible for creating engaging visuals for digital and print media, ensuring brand consistency, and coordinating with external agencies for larger branding projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design for Digital & Print: Create high-quality designs for social media, website banners, emailers, presentations, brochures, flyers, and event materials.
- Brand Alignment: Work closely with the marketing team and external design agency to maintain brand guidelines.
- AI & Simple Tools: Utilize AI-based tools and basic editing tools to streamline design tasks and enhance creativity.
- Content Adaptation: Edit and repurpose existing creative assets for different platforms and formats.
- Design Asset Management: Organize and maintain a structured design library for easy access.
- Basic Video Editing: Perform simple video edits for short social media clips (optional but preferred).
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Support product and marketing teams with design requirements in a timely manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–2 years in graphic design (freshers with strong portfolios can apply).
- Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, and familiarity with Figma or similar tools.
- Print & Digital Knowledge: Understanding of design requirements for both digital platforms and print production.
- AI Tools: Exposure to AI-powered design tools (like Midjourney, DALL·E, or Canva AI) is a plus.
- Creativity & Attention to Detail: Ability to deliver visually appealing, accurate, and brand-consistent designs.
- Certification: Any design-related course certification is an added advantage.
- Adaptability: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
