The Team leader will be responsible for ensuring that all customer interactions meet company standards for quality and compliance.
What Would You Be Doing?
BPO is our first point of integration with the outside world and it's important that we leave a positive impression on all interactions at all times ( without exceptions ) and Team Leader holds a position of responsibility to make this happen with his experience and expertise being available to the team.
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of BPO executives to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Monitor team performance, attendance, productivity, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular team meetings, briefings, and performance feedback sessions.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Train and mentor new and existing team members.
- Prepare performance reports and share updates with management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and client requirements.
- Maintain a positive and disciplined work environment.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
- Improve team performance through coaching and process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 year of experience as Team Leader, preferably in a BPO setting.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel with strong analytical/ logical thinking skills.
- Strong understanding of BPO processes and methodologies.
- Effective leadership skills to inspire, motivate and lead the team to success.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and feedback skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented and analytical.
- Knowledge of call center technology and tools.
