Job Summary
Provide L2/L3 functional support for Oracle Finance & Costing modules.Support key Oracle modules including: Accounts PayablesAccounts ReceivablesCash ManagementFixed AssetsGeneral LedgerCostingAnalyze and resolve finance incidents, service requests, configuration issues, and month-end support items.Support accounting flows, subledger accounting, journals, payments, receipts, bank transactions, and asset transactions.Support costing-related issues connected to procurement, inventory, and manufacturing.Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.Prepare functional specifications for reports, enhancements, interfaces, and fixes.Coordinate with SCM, technical, reporting, and integration teams for cross-module issue resolution.Support UAT, regression testing, data validation, and deployment activities.Work closely with finance users to validate solutions and ensure business continuity. Required Experience / Skills 6–10+ years of Oracle Finance consulting or AMS support experience.Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and Costing.Good understanding of accounting, reconciliations, period close, controls, and SCM-Finance integration.Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and business-user communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the implementation and deployment of oracle financial cloud solutions.
2. Configure oracle financial cloud modules according to business needs.
3. Provide expertise in oracle financial cloud functionalities such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
5. Develop and maintain system documentation and training materials.
6. Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to oracle financial cloud.
8. Stay updated on the latest oracle financial cloud features and updates.
