Based in Panchkula, our firm handles a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and urban projects. We are looking for a skilled 3D Visualizer who doesn't just render buildings, but understands the architectural soul behind them.
If you have a keen eye for light, texture, and space, and you want to see your visualizations turn into real-world structures, we want you on our team.
What You Will Do
- Translate 2D architectural drawings, sketches, and concepts into high-quality, photo-realistic 3D renders (both exterior and interior).
- Collaborate closely with our design team to understand spatial layouts, material palettes, and lighting requirements.
- Develop detailed interior environments, incorporating realistic textures, furniture styling, and landscaping elements.
- Manage rendering pipelines efficiently to meet project deadlines without compromising on visual quality.
What We Are Looking For
- The Blueprint: A formal background in Architecture or Interior Design (B.Arch, Diploma, or equivalent) is highly preferred. You must be able to read working drawings effortlessly.
- The Experience: 2 to 3 years of professional experience working as a visualizer within an architectural firm.
- The Tech Stack: High proficiency in industry-standard software. Our ideal toolkit includes:
- 3ds Max / Blender / SketchUp (Modeling)
- V-Ray / Corona / Lumion (Rendering)
- Adobe Photoshop (Post-production)
- AutoCAD (For reading layouts)
- The Eye: A strong understanding of composition, realistic lighting, material behavior, and atmospheric effects.
- The Location: This is a strictly onsite role at our office in Panchkula. Candidates should be local or willing to relocate.
