Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and reliable TV Technician to install, diagnose, repair, and maintain LED, LCD, OLED, Smart TVs, and other television systems. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair faults in LED, LCD, OLED, and Smart TVs.
- Install and configure televisions and related equipment.
- Perform component-level troubleshooting and replacement.
- Test repaired units to ensure proper functionality.
- Handle on-site service calls and customer support when required.
- Maintain service records and repair documentation.
- Follow safety procedures while handling electrical equipment.
- Keep tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Coordinate with the service team to complete repairs within committed timelines.
Requirements
- ITI/Diploma or equivalent qualification in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in TV repair and servicing (freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also be considered).
- Good understanding of LED, LCD, OLED, and Smart TV technologies.
- Ability to read circuit diagrams and use diagnostic tools.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for field service, if required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with multiple TV brands.
- Knowledge of motherboard, power supply, T-Con board, and panel troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with software updates and Smart TV configuration.
- Good customer service and time management skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
