Job Description – System Engineering Trainer (Windows, CCNA, Linux, Cybersecurity, DevOps & AWS Cloud) Position: System Engineering Trainer Location: Nagpur Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a passionate and technically strong System Engineering Trainer who can train and mentor aspiring IT professionals. The ideal candidate should have hands-on industry knowledge and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts while preparing students for real-world IT careers. Key Responsibilities Deliver classroom and practical training on: Microsoft Windows Administration Networking (CCNA) Linux Administration Cybersecurity Fundamentals & SOC Concepts DevOps Tools & CI/CD AWS Cloud Services Conduct hands-on lab sessions, assignments, and practical workshops. Develop training content, presentations, lab manuals, and assessments. Guide students in real-time troubleshooting and project implementation. Conduct mock interviews, technical evaluations, and doubt-solving sessions. Track student progress and maintain training reports. Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends. Coordinate with the placement team to ensure students are job-ready. Required Technical Skills Windows Server Administration (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy) CCNA: Routing, Switching, VLANs, Subnetting, TCP/IP Linux Administration (RHEL/Ubuntu) Cybersecurity Basics, SIEM, Firewalls, Endpoint Security, SOC Concepts DevOps: Git, GitHub, Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes, CI/CD AWS Cloud: EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, CloudWatch, Load Balancer Basic PowerShell/Bash scripting Virtualization using VMware/VirtualBox/Hyper-V Eligibility Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field. 2–5+ years of experience in System Administration, Cloud, Networking, DevOps, or Technical Training. Relevant certifications such as CCNA, RHCSA/RHCE, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner/Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure, Security+, or equivalent are preferred. Desired Skills Excellent communication and presentation skills. Passion for teaching and mentoring. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
