Vice President – Sales (Residential Plotting)

Job Summary:
Lead sales, business development, and revenue generation for Residential plotting projects. Responsible for achieving sales targets, managing sales teams, developing channel partners, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Drive sales of industrial plots through direct and channel sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, corporate clients, brokers, and channel partners.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Ensure timely closures, collections, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Graduate/MBA preferred.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
Industry Preference: Real Estate Only
