About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to lead and support the development of our internal applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications while ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain robust front-end and back-end components of internal applications
Design and implement scalable architecture and database structures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and code reviews
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Maintain documentation of development processes and systems
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 7+ years of experience in full stack development
Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frameworks like React/Angular/Vue)
Strong experience in back-end technologies (Node.js / Python / Java / .NET)
Experience with database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Experience with version control systems (Git)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Deep understanding of the business and able to translate into the required logical language.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
