Job Title: Civil Site Engineer for Projects of several Military Engineering Services (MES)

Job Description:
We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day site activities for the construction of prefabricated hostel units and related civil works in Navy Nagar, Colaba/Malad. The candidate will be responsible for supervising execution, maintaining site documentation, and ensuring that all works adhere to MES and departmental specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate site execution activities related to prefabricated hostel accommodation and allied civil works.
- Ensure construction is carried out as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
- Manage and monitor daily progress, labour deployment, and material usage.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to maintain workflow and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site records and measurement books.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and environmental norms within the Defence establishment.
- Assist in documentation, drawing vetting coordination, and preparation of work completion records.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 10+ years of experience in building construction
- Strong understanding of RCC, finishing, and service coordination works.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with Defence/MES authorities.
- Understand structural drawings and its aspects.
- Punctual, responsible, and capable of independently handling site operations.

- Ability to manage teams and ensure smooth progress under tight timelines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
