Key Responsibilities:
- Daily operations: Oversee the day-to-day functions of the establishment, from check-in/check-out to maintenance and housekeeping.
- Guest satisfaction: Ensure high levels of service, address guest concerns promptly, and maintain a positive environment.
- Staff management: Supervise, train, and evaluate staff performance, and handle personnel issues.
- Financial management: Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and contribute to profitability.
- Inventory and procurement: Monitor stock levels, manage supplies, and ensure necessary resources are available.
- Compliance: Implement and enforce policies and procedures, including health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Coordination: Work with various departments to streamline processes and ensure seamless service delivery.
