Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR cum Marketing Coordinator who can manage recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and support marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, a people-centric approach, and an interest in employer branding and digital marketing activities. This role is well-suited for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience looking to build a career in Human Resources while gaining exposure to marketing functions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate employee engagement programs, training sessions, and organizational events to enhance workplace culture.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, performance management processes, and employee communication initiatives.
- Support employer branding activities through social media platforms and recruitment campaigns.
- Coordinate and manage company social media accounts, digital content, and marketing communications.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Create and maintain marketing materials, presentations, and basic digital content as required.
- Monitor recruitment and marketing performance metrics and prepare reports for management review.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support HR and marketing projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Basic understanding of HR processes, recruitment, and employee engagement activities.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with HRMS, ATS, CRM, or marketing tools.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing, content creation, and employer branding.
- Experience managing LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, or other professional social media platforms.
- Internship or prior experience in HR, recruitment, marketing, or administrative coordination.
- Exposure to employee engagement activities, event coordination, or digital marketing campaigns.
