About the Role – Manager, Investors & Brand Partnership
The Manager – Investors & Brand Partnership will play a strategic role in strengthening Gravensure’s investor relations and expanding brand collaborations. The position focuses on building strong relationships with HNI/UHNI investors, corporate partners, and key stakeholders while enhancing the company’s market presence and brand visibility. The role requires expertise in partnership development, stakeholder engagement, strategic communication, brand positioning, and business networking to drive sustainable growth and create long-term value for the organization.Key Responsibilities
Investor & Client Engagement
- Develop and manage relationships with HNI, UHNI clients, and prospective investors.
- Present the organization’s value proposition, growth vision, and financial offerings with clarity and credibility.
- Build strategic relationships that contribute to both business development and investment opportunities.
Business Growth & Revenue Generation
- Drive business through acquisition of premium clients and strategic partnerships.
- Identify and cultivate opportunities for capital infusion, partnerships, and long-term collaboration.
- Contribute to overall revenue growth through advisory, cross-selling, and portfolio expansion.
Wealth & Insurance Advisory
- Understand client financial objectives and recommend tailored insurance and financial solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them align protection strategies with wealth growth goals.
Brand Representation & Strategic Positioning
- Represent the organization at a senior level in investor meetings, corporate events, and networking forums.
- Uphold a strong executive presence aligned with a premium and growth-focused brand.
- Enhance the company’s positioning among investors, stakeholders, and business leaders.
Portfolio & Relationship Management
- Ensure high-quality servicing, retention, and long-term engagement of key clients and investors.
- Oversee end-to-end client lifecycle management, including renewals and strategic account development.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in insurance, financial services, wealth management, or client advisory roles.
- Strong understanding of financial products, investment thinking, and risk management principles.
- Proven ability to engage with high-value clients or business stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in business growth and value creation.
