Talented Medical Solutions is a fast-growing, nurse-owned healthcare staffing agency providing travel nursing, allied health, and workforce solutions throughout the United States.
We're looking for an organized, proactive, and resourceful Recruiting Coordinator to help us build our internal recruiting team.
This is not a traditional HR position.
Your mission is to help us identify, screen, and coordinate interviews with outstanding recruiter candidates while creating an exceptional candidate experience.

Pay: $3.00 USD per hour- $5.00 USD per hour.

Over the next six weeks, your objective is to help Talented Medical Solutions build a team of exceptional healthcare recruiters.
You'll be responsible for finding great candidates, conducting initial screenings, maintaining communication, scheduling interviews, and keeping our hiring process organized and moving efficiently.
You will be the first impression candidates have of our company.
Review recruiter applications from Indeed, Workwolf, LinkedIn, and other job boards.
Contact qualified applicants by email, phone, and messaging.
Conduct 15–20 minute screening interviews.
Evaluate applicants using our recruiting scorecard.
Schedule interviews with company leadership.
Maintain an organized candidate pipeline in Manatal.
Follow up with applicants throughout the hiring process.
Track recruiting activity and provide weekly progress updates.
Help create a positive candidate experience from beginning to end.
We're looking for someone who has:
Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, talent acquisition, or sourcing experience.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organization and time management.
Confidence speaking with candidates over the phone.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable internet connection and a professional work environment.
Healthcare staffing experience is a plus but is not required.
By the end of your contract, you will have helped us:
Build a strong pipeline of recruiter candidates.
Conduct quality screening interviews.
Present only qualified candidates for final interviews.
Support the hiring and onboarding of up to 10 recruiter hires.
Improve and organize our recruiting process.
