We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in the MERN stack. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can think independently, communicate effectively, and identify potential issues before they escalate. Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems and applications.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge within the team.
Proactively identify issues, propose improvements, and drive technical decisions.
Ensure optimal performance, responsiveness, and security of applications.
Strong communication skills — must be able to articulate ideas clearly and work efficiently with teams and stakeholders.
3–5 years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, database structures, and cloud concepts.
Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to apply common sense, foresee challenges, and surface issues proactively.
No formal degree, certification, or training is required — skills and experience matter most.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps workflows, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Understanding of microservices architecture or containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
