About the Role
We are looking for a friendly and presentable Guest Relation Executive (GRE) to create a warm and welcoming experience for our café customers. You will be the first point of contact and play a key role in customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers in a professional manner
- Assist guests with seating and basic menu guidance
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns politely
- Coordinate with service staff for smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness and positive café ambiance
Requirements
- Fluent English communication is mandatory
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Presentable, confident, and customer-focused personality
- Ability to handle customers politely and professionally
- Fresher & experienced candidates are welcome
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
