Job Description
MVWESTATES is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through various sales channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential/commercial properties.
- Conduct property site visits and client meetings.
- Follow up with prospective buyers and convert leads into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Negotiate deals and coordinate with clients throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Stay updated on market trends, property prices, and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and close deals effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Good knowledge of the Noida and NCR real estate market will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
