Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and responsible HR & Admin Manager who can manage day-to-day office operations along with basic HR functions. The ideal candidate should be proactive, disciplined, and able to maintain a positive work environment during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities :
HR Responsibilities:
- Manage employee onboarding & documentation
- Maintain employee records and attendance
- Assist in payroll coordination
- Address employee queries and basic grievance handling
- Ensure smooth communication between management and employees
Admin Responsibilities:
- Maintain office discipline and ensure proper floor management
- Oversee daily office operations and housekeeping
- Manage office supplies, pantry, and vendor coordination
- Handle vendor management (negotiation, follow-ups, payments coordination)
- Coordinate with cab vendors for employee pick & drop (especially night shift)
- Ensure proper functioning of office infrastructure (internet, systems, etc.)
- Handle shift management and employee coordination
- Organize and execute floor engagement & fun activities
Requirements:
- Experience: 2–5 years in HR/Admin role
- Comfortable working in night shifts (mandatory)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and admin operations
- Immediate joiners preferred
