About the Role
We are looking for a confident and energetic Sales Telecaller to connect with potential customers, generate qualified leads, and maintain regular follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English and be comfortable handling Indian clients over phone calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Explain company products and services professionally.
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/Excel sheets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
- 1–2 years of Telecalling or Sales experience.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Good follow-up and relationship management abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM).
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
