Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage quality for assigned customer projects from NPI to mass production.
Act as the primary quality contact for customers and handle quality escalations.
Ensure compliance with customer requirements and quality standards.
Drive customer complaint resolution using 8D, RCA, CAPA, and 5 Why methodologies.
Monitor Incoming, In-Process, and Outgoing Quality (OQC) to ensure shipment quality.
Lead customer audits, quality reviews, and corrective actions.
Coordinate with Production, Process, NPI, SCM, and Engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
Monitor quality KPIs such as PPM, FPY, COPQ, and customer complaints.
Drive continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives.
Lead and mentor the quality team.

Job Requirement
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
8–12 years of quality experience in the EMS/Electronics Manufacturing industry.
Strong experience in Customer Quality, Project Quality, Outgoing Quality, Customer Handling, and Audit Management.
