About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and professional Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive broker acquisition and relationship management. The role primarily involves connecting with real estate brokers, presenting the company's offerings, building long-term partnerships, and onboarding brokers onto the platform.
Key Responsibilities
● Reach out to real estate brokers and introduce the company's services and offerings
● Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and channel partners
● Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations as required
● Follow up with interested brokers and ensure smooth onboarding
● Coordinate with internal teams for broker support and issue resolution
● Maintain accurate records of broker interactions and onboarding status
● Understand market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
● Graduation is Mandatory
● Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Channel Sales, or Broker
Acquisition
● Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
