Senior IT Trainer – Python, Data Science & Artificial Intelligence
Department: Technical / Academic Operations
Reporting To: Regional Technical Head (RTH) / Technical Director
Job Summary
The Senior IT Trainer is responsible for managing and supporting the technical and academic operations of assigned branches for Python, Data Science, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence programs. The role involves trainer management, curriculum implementation, student satisfaction, quality assurance, technical mentoring, and ensuring the successful delivery of training programs across the territory.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership
- Provide technical guidance and support to trainers handling Python, Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI programs.
- Ensure uniform training standards across all assigned branches.
- Monitor the quality of classroom and online training sessions.
- Support trainers in resolving technical challenges and project-related issues.
Academic Operations
- Ensure timely completion of batches, modules, projects, and assessments.
- Monitor student progress, attendance, and learning outcomes.
- Conduct technical audits and quality checks of training sessions.
- Review and update training content as per industry requirements.
Trainer Management
- Mentor, train, and evaluate technical trainers.
- Conduct trainer induction and upskilling programs.
- Monitor trainer performance and provide improvement plans where required.
- Assist HR in technical interviews and trainer hiring activities.
Student & Placement Support
- Guide students in project development and technical certifications.
- Support placement teams in conducting technical assessments and mock interviews.
- Address student technical concerns and escalations.
- Ensure high student satisfaction and retention rates.
Branch Coordination
- Coordinate with Branch Managers, Territory Managers, and Technical Leads.
- Visit branches periodically for quality audits and trainer assessments.
- Provide regular reports on trainer performance, batch status, and technical operations.
- Ensure compliance with academic and operational standards.
Research & Development
- Stay updated with emerging technologies in Python, Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, and related domains.
- Recommend new courses, certifications, and training methodologies.
- Conduct workshops, webinars, and technical knowledge-sharing sessions.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Python Programming.
- Hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence.
- Knowledge of libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, and related tools.
- Experience in project mentoring and technical training.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, AI, or related fields.
- Relevant certifications in Python, Data Science, AI, or Machine Learning are preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
