Job Title: QS Billing Engineer – Interior Fit out Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented QS Billing Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to join our team in Bengaluru. You will be responsible for handling end-to-end quantity surveying, client and vendor billing, and cost management for premium Corporate Office Interior Fitout projects.

- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 /month

Key Responsibilities
- Billing & Certification: Prepare client and vendor bills; certify contractor invoices and handle final reconciliations.
- Quantity Surveying: Take precise site measurements and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Cost Control: Monitor project costs, track variations, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Coordination: Act as a bridge between the on-site project team and the accounts department.
Skills & Qualifications
- Industry Experience: 3–5 years strictly in Corporate Office Interior Fitouts.
- Technical Tools: Strong command of MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Core Knowledge: Deep understanding of interior materials, execution workflows, and quantity estimation.
- Soft Skills: Sharp communication and cross-team coordination abilities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
