Nila Interiors is hiring a Telecaller / Customer Support Executive for our team.
We are looking for candidates across Kerala who have good communication skills and are interested in customer handling and interior design services.
The selected candidate will work from our Kollam office.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
- Follow up with enquiries and leads
- Explain company services to customers
- Schedule customer appointments
- Coordinate with the interior design team
- Maintain customer details and call records
- Ensure a good customer experience
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in Telecalling / Customer Support preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
- Good Malayalam communication skills required
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers
- Candidates from Kerala preferred
