About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Cybersecurity / IT Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hiring for technical roles, particularly in cybersecurity and IT domains, and a strong understanding of recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and cybersecurity roles (e.g., SOC Analyst, VAPT, Network Security, GRC, Cloud Security).
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines and ATS systems.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated with current trends in cybersecurity hiring and talent availability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in IT/Cybersecurity recruitment.
- Understanding of cybersecurity roles such as SOC, VAPT, SIEM, Cloud Security, etc.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Familiarity with job portals and ATS (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a cybersecurity or IT services company.
- Knowledge of technical terminologies and hiring trends in cybersecurity.
- Experience in stakeholder management and bulk hiring (if applicable).
