The Food Service Staff is responsible for providing courteous and efficient table service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The role includes taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness of the dining area, and assisting guests with their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and explain food and beverage items when required.
- Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Ensure tables are properly set before and during service.
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
- Refill water, condiments, and other table necessities as needed.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Assist with opening and closing duties of the restaurant or dining area.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a neat appearance and uphold customer service standards.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
