Job Overview
Techmindz is looking for an experienced Placement and Recruitment Manager to drive student placement activities, build strong industry partnerships, and create employment opportunities for students. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, networking, and placement management skills, preferably from the training and education industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee student placement activities.
- Develop relationships with companies, recruiters, and hiring partners.
- Organize placement drives, campus recruitment events, and career fairs.
- Conduct company visits to establish new hiring partnerships.
- Coordinate grooming sessions, resume-building workshops, and mock interviews.
- Track student performance and placement readiness.
- Maintain placement records and generate periodic reports.
- Manage employer databases, job openings, and student profiles.
- Coordinate with trainers and operations teams to ensure placement success.
- Assist students in securing internships and project opportunities.
- Conduct regular department meetings and placement reviews.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Placement Coordination or Recruitment.
- Experience in the IT/Non-IT Training or Education sector is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent networking and negotiation abilities.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Ability to build and maintain employer relationships.
- Experience in conducting grooming or employability sessions is an added advantage.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Language Requirements
