Position: Mechanical Maintenance
Location: Emerald Jewel Industry India Ltd, Unit 1
Experience: 0 to 5 Years
Qualification: DME / B.E. Mechanical
Job Responsibilities:
- Carry out preventive, breakdown, and routine maintenance of mechanical machines used in the jewelry manufacturing process.
- Handle installation, inspection, servicing, and troubleshooting of production machinery.
- Ensure smooth operation of machines to minimize downtime and improve productivity.
- Maintain maintenance records, logbooks, and spare parts inventory.
- Coordinate with production teams to plan maintenance activities without affecting output.
- Identify machine issues and take corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company maintenance procedures.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance and machine handling.
- Experience in jewelry manufacturing industry maintenance is preferred.
- Ability to diagnose mechanical faults and perform repairs independently.
- Good understanding of preventive maintenance practices.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 0–5 years of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance.
- Exposure to industrial machinery, preferably in jewelry or manufacturing units.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and safety-oriented.
