Job Description: Project Coordinator
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support project execution by managing documentation, tracking materials, and ensuring smooth coordination between teams. The ideal candidate should be detail oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Material & Inventory Management: Track material deliveries, DO, PL, MIR, and service invoices.
Project Documentation: Maintain and update trackers for MOMs, PIDs, CCDs, DSRs, VSRs, BOQs, and warranty certificates.
Financial & HR Coordination: Validate eng ineers' conveyance and vouchers for HR payments, track petty cash, and oversee insurance requests (WCP, EAR, Public Liability, and Labour Licenses).
Scheduling & Reporting: Update engineer schedules in the Ebiz system, prepare WIP reports, project costing sheets, and utilization reports.
Vendor & Billing Management: Track vendor WOs, invoices, payments, open POs, service calls, and AMC call sheets.
Meetings & Coordination: Send internal meeting invitations, record MOMs, and track PKO meeting details.
Operat ional Support: Monitor outstation travel, accommodation, food transactions, and comp off requests.
General Administration: Request and track stationery items, arrange scanners, and support operational meetings with PPTs and reports.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, project tracking tools, and ERP systems (Ebiz preferred).
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
