Job Purpose:
The role holder is responsible for ensuring safety operation in the plant and continuous operation
without breakdown. To maintain and Operate Boiler and Coal & Ash Handling system.
Principal Accountabilities
- The Boiler Technician is responsible for the effective shift operation 24X7 , major and minor
repair , and changeovers of Utilities Boiler , Air compressors , HVAC Chillers , Process Chiller ,
Cooling Towers.
- Operation and Maintenance of Stream Boiler and Coal based AFBC boiler
- Operation and Maintenance of Coal Handling System and softener plant
- Standard knowledge of electrical and mechanical equipment
- Understanding of Industrial Safety
- Experience in Independently handling Boiler operations
- Follow Indian Boiler Regulatory norms
- MOC of the equipments and pressure classes
- Understanding of Fuels and its characters
- Able to troubleshoot of system failure and the equipment failure.
- Able to execute PM Schedule as per Annual Planner.

- Educational qualifications : ITI,Diploma
- Relevant experience : 3-5 Years
Knowledge:
- knowledge of electrical and mechanical equipment
- Knowledge on FIFO
- Knowledge on Quality standards for our all products.

- Team co-ordination
- Planning and Organizing Skills
Additional requirement:
- Ability to read and speak local language.
- Ability to give new ideas to implementation.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
