Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Performance Marketing & Web Specialist to manage our digital marketing campaigns and website operations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, website management, WordPress, SEO, analytics, and technical troubleshooting.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both marketing and technology. You will be responsible for driving lead generation through paid campaigns while ensuring our websites remain secure, optimized, and high-performing.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
- Plan, create, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Manage campaign budgets and maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Perform audience research, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
- Monitor Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and campaign performance.
- Generate qualified leads while reducing Cost per Lead (CPL).
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Website Management
- Manage and maintain WordPress websites.
- Coordinate updates and content changes on React.js-based websites.
- Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot WordPress plugins.
- Monitor website performance, speed, uptime, and security.
- Perform website backups and routine maintenance.
- Identify and resolve website issues or coordinate with developers when required.
- Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and optimized for user experience.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Implement on-page SEO best practices.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve issues.
- Improve Core Web Vitals and website performance.
- Monitor Google Search Console and resolve indexing errors.
- Increase organic traffic and keyword rankings.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track website traffic using Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Configure Google Tag Manager and event tracking.
- Monitor conversions and user behavior.
- Prepare monthly reports with recommendations for improvement.
Marketing Strategy
- Develop digital marketing strategies to increase leads and conversions.
- Recommend landing page improvements.
- Support campaign planning and marketing initiatives.
- Identify new growth opportunities across digital channels.
