We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated E-commerce Executive to manage our online sales channels and ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience. The candidate will be responsible for handling product listings, processing orders, and supporting day-to-day e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update product listings on platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Handle online orders, billing, and order tracking
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory updates
- Process returns, refunds, and customer feedback
- Assist in digital marketing and social media activities
- Prepare basic sales reports and performance tracking
Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms preferred
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
- Ability to multitask and work in a team
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
