Your Role:
CRY is seeking a senior professional who can help expand our network of corporate and philanthropic supporters across Eastern and North Eastern India, building meaningful partnerships that generate long-term support for children and strengthen CRY’s mission across the country.
This role sits at the intersection of philanthropy, corporate partnerships, and resource mobilization. We are looking for someone who can engage High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), philanthropists, business families, corporate leaders, and CSR partners, and inspire them to become long-term champions of children’s rights.
What you will do:
- Build and nurture relationships with HNIs, philanthropists, business families, corporate leaders, and CSR stakeholders.
- Grow CRY’s corporate and philanthropic supporter base across East and North East India.
- Generate strategic partnerships and funding opportunities for CRY’s work.
- Strengthen CRY’s visibility and influence within corporate and philanthropic networks.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of fundraising professionals while driving achievement of regional partnership, revenue, and growth targets.

You:
We are looking for someone who:
- Brings strong networks and credibility with CXOs, Board Members, business leaders, philanthropists, CSR leaders, and other senior decision-makers, with the ability to convert these relationships into strategic opportunities and partnerships.
- Has 12+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, stakeholder engagement, philanthropy, corporate or external affairs, resource mobilization, or related fields.
- Has a proven track record of building partnerships, mobilizing resources, and creating opportunities that deliver tangible outcomes.
- Possesses excellent communication, networking, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- Is entrepreneurial, opportunity-oriented, and passionate about creating lasting impact for children.
- Has experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams, with the ability to drive accountability, collaboration, and achievement of fundraising and partnership goals.
