Role Summary
We are looking for a Ground Production Manager to handle on-ground execution of wedding photography & videography shoots. You will manage team, logistics, timelines, and ensure smooth operations during events.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute pre-wedding, wedding, and post-wedding shoots.
- Lead and coordinate photographers, videographers & assistants on location.
- Manage shoot timelines, equipment, and real-time problem-solving.
- Coordinate with clients, venues, and vendors.
- Ensure timely backups and handover to editing team.
- Handle travel & logistics for outstation events.
Requirements
- 2–5 years experience in event/production management (wedding photography, events, or live shoots preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills.
- Good knowledge of photography/videography equipment.
- Willing to travel extensively and work long hours/weekends.
- Based in Indore or willing to relocate.
