Designation : Business Development Executive
Experience: 3+ years

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, cold call, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing and sales department.
- Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.
- Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
- Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions.
- Leverage AI-powered tools for lead generation, personalized outreach automation and daily workflow automation.
- Assist in creating RFP responses to potential clients.
- Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients.
- Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events.
- Make outbound follow-up calls to existing clients via telephone and email cross sell and upsell.
- Overcome objections of prospective customers.
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to generate revenue from clients.
- Attend periodic sales training where applicable.
- Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position.
- Remain in tune with trends in market to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Undergraduate Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
- Proven working experience of 3-4 years as a business development executive, sales executive or a relevant role in IT company
- Know how to find and gather information about potential customers using modern tools, specifically for markets in the USA/Canada, Europe, and Australia.
- Have experience of giving presentations of case studies of project for solution selling.
- Have beginner knowledge of the Cloud solutions, AI, Business intelligence.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales quotas.
- Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, account development, and time management.
- Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
- Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills.
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and work ethic.
- Proficiency in productivity suits (i.e. MS Office, PowerPoint) and CRM software
