Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Upwork Bidder to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of Upwork bidding, proposal writing, and client communication. Freshers with relevant internship experience and strong written English are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify relevant projects on Upwork and submit high-quality proposals.
- Understand client requirements and prepare customized bids.
- Communicate with clients and respond to queries professionally.
- Maintain a record of submitted proposals and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand project scope.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve daily and monthly bidding targets.
Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience in Upwork bidding or Business Development.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Basic understanding of Upwork, freelancing platforms, and proposal writing.
- Good research and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with IT services such as Web Development, Mobile Apps, AI, ERP, or Digital Marketing is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.
