- Guide guests through the menu, explaining different flavors, toppings, and signature sundaes.
- Handle cash and digital transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Manage customer queues efficiently during peak hours to ensure minimal wait times.
- Maintain a "Clean-as-you-go" policy to ensure the parlor remains hygienic and inviting.
