Avodha Edutech is looking for a skilled and passionate Mobile Repairing Trainer to deliver practical and theoretical training to students. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in smartphone hardware and software troubleshooting and be capable of preparing students for real-world repair jobs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct theory and practical classes on mobile phone repairing.
- Train students in smartphone hardware troubleshooting and repair.
- Demonstrate screen, battery, charging port, speaker, microphone, and camera replacements.
- Teach chip-level basics, soldering, multimeter usage, and fault diagnosis.
- Train students in Android software installation, flashing, formatting, unlocking, and troubleshooting.
- Guide students through hands-on lab sessions and real-time repair cases.
- Assess student performance through practical assignments and evaluations.
- Maintain training equipment, tools, and lab discipline.
- Keep course content updated with the latest smartphone technologies and repair techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mobile phone repairing or technical training.
- Strong knowledge of Android smartphones and basic iPhone repairs.
- Hands-on experience with mobile repair tools and testing equipment.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Prior training experience is preferred; experienced technicians with good teaching ability are also encouraged to apply.
Preferred Skills
- Chip-level troubleshooting.
- Soldering and micro-soldering.
- Software flashing and unlocking.
- Customer handling and service center experience.
