Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive QA/QC to lead our Quality Assurance and Production Control functions. The role involves managing a team of 4 members, ensuring product quality, food safety compliance, and implementing robust quality systems across manufacturing and retail operations.
Key Responsibilities: Quality & Food Safety Management
Develop, implement, and maintain food safety and quality management systems
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements
Oversee inspection of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
Team Management
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of 4 production executives
Allocate daily tasks, monitor performance, and ensure team productivity
Conduct training sessions on food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
Audit & Compliance
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain QA/QC reports, MIS, and quality metrics
Analyze trends and prepare reports for management review
Required Skills & Competencies:
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology / Microbiology / Biotechnology / Dairy Technology or related field/Accounts
Experience: 0.6 month - 2 years
Experience in both manufacturing and retail food operations is an added advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
