Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with diverse learning needs through individualized teaching strategies
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) based on student requirements
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and school leadership to support student development
- Conduct assessments and track academic, behavioral, and social progress
- Provide remedial support and classroom accommodations where required
- Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment for students
- Maintain documentation, progress reports, and student records
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree with Special Education certification mandatory
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Special Educator in a school setting
- Strong understanding of inclusive education and learning support strategies
- Excellent communication, patience, and student management skills
- RCI certification preferred
- Prior CBSE school experience preferred
