Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele caller to join our Solar Energy Solutions team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our solar products and services, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and renewable energy.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote solar products and services
Generate and qualify leads through tele calling and follow-ups
Explain solar solutions, benefits, pricing, and savings to customers
Schedule site visits or appointments for the sales team
Maintain and update customer database and call records
Follow up with interested customers to close leads
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in tele calling, telesales, or telemarketing (solar industry experience preferred but not mandatory)
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or local language
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools is an advantage
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
