Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:

Total experience 7+ years.
-
Must have experience with development using .NET Core .NET 10 (or .NET 4.8; we are currently upgrading), ASP.NET MVC/Web API, and C#.

Should be able to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core and modern front-end technologies with a strong focus on hands-on coding.

Must have experience in end-to-end feature development, from requirement analysis and technical design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
-
Should be able to build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services and RESTful APIs following clean architecture and best practices.

Strong knowledge of OOPs, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
-
Hands on working experience in front end technologies like HTML5, CSS JavaScript, Angular 19 (including SPA and RxJS).

Hands on experience with database. (SQL, Oracle, Postgresql)

Hands on experience in elastic search.
-
Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Octopus), deployment automation, and DevOps practices to improve reliability and development efficiency.

Hands on working experience with Docker & orchestration with Kubernetes.
-
Must have expertise in Azure Cloud platform.
-
Should be able to work closely with product owners, architects, and QA engineers to clarify requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Must be able to implement cloud-native solutions on Azure, including service integration, performance optimization, and security configuration.

Should be able to write clean, maintainable, and testable code while adhering to established coding standards and architectural guidelines.

Should be able to actively participate in code reviews, providing and incorporating constructive feedback to improve code quality.

Should be able to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across backend, frontend, and cloud environments.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across global teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Writing and reviewing great quality code.

Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the client’s needs in the context of the project.

Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns and frameworks to realize it.

Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets.
-
Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
-
Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs.
-
Creating, understanding and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it.
-
Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement.

Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.

Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs.
-
Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
