About the Role
Due to our continued business growth, Antontech Private Limited is looking for dynamic and detail-oriented Process Associates – Data Management to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing product data and digital assets while ensuring information is accurate, complete, and consistent across business systems and applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand product offerings within assigned product categories.
- Manage and maintain product data and digital assets with high accuracy.
- Perform root cause analysis for product data-related issues and queries.
- Prepare ad hoc dashboards, reports, and data extracts for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with external vendors and third parties for system enhancements, data migration, extraction, enrichment, and remediation activities.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers to improve and enrich product data and digital assets.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with company standards.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Certification in Data Management will be an added advantage.
