Job Description:
We are hiring a Field Recruiter to hire Delivery Bikers and associate.
Key Requirements:
· Strong experience in field hiring (Retail, FMCG, Quick Commerce, or Warehouse preferred)
· Good knowledge of local areas/markets.
· Must be comfortable in Hindi & Gujarati
· Bike & Valid Driving License (DL) Mandatory
· Ready for on-ground recruitment (field visits, local sourcing, market hiring, etc.)
Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass
Experience: 1-2 Years (Field Hiring Must)
